Pet Policy

A maximum of one pet per home. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside your apartment. There is an additional monthly charge of $35 and refundable security deposit, $250. Dogs may not exceed 25 pounds in weight and both dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered. Breed restrictions apply.

The following pets are restricted:

• – monkeys
• – ferrets
• – snakes
• – rabbits
• – reptiles
• – aquariums

Parking and Storage

• – Numbered parking stalls are assigned. Second autos park in unnumbered stalls.
• – Additional assigned storage is located in each building.
• – There is no charge for assigned parking or additional storage.

Leasing Qualifications

• – All adults residing in apartments must sign lease and fill out credit application.
• – Pets permitted when authorized by lease.
• – Satisfactory credit score is 675 or higher
• – Weekly gross earnings and lawful income must equal to monthly rent. Income must be verified.
