A maximum of one pet per home. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside your apartment. There is an additional monthly charge of $35 and refundable security deposit, $250. Dogs may not exceed 25 pounds in weight and both dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered. Breed restrictions apply.
The following pets are restricted:
– monkeys
– ferrets
– snakes
– rabbits
– reptiles
– aquariums
Parking and Storage
– Numbered parking stalls are assigned. Second autos park in unnumbered stalls.
– Additional assigned storage is located in each building.
– There is no charge for assigned parking or additional storage.
